黑色风暴事件（英语：Dust Bowl），或称肮脏的三零年代（Dirty Thirties）是1930-1936年（个别地区持续至1940年）期间发生在北美的一系列沙尘暴侵袭事件。由于干旱和持续数十年的农业扩张，对北美大平原原始表土的深度开垦破坏了原本固定土壤、贮存水分的天然草场，以及未有相关防止水土流失的措施，风暴来临时卷起沙尘，使得美国和加拿大大草原上的生态以及农业受到了巨大影响。

The drought came in three waves, 1934, 1936, and 1939–40, but some regions of the high plains experienced drought conditions for as many as eight years. With insufficient understanding of the ecology of the plains, farmers had conducted extensive deep plowing of the virgin topsoil of the Great Plains during the previous decade; this had displaced the native, deep-rooted grasses that normally trapped soil and moisture even during periods of drought and high winds. The rapid mechanization of farm equipment, especially small gasoline tractors, and widespread use of the combine harvester contributed to farmers' decisions to convert arid grassland (much of which received no more than 10 inches (250 mm) of precipitation per year) to cultivated cropland.
