圣母领报（英语：Annunciation，拉丁语：Annuntiatio nativitatis Christi，在古老教历中又称为圣子降孕瞻礼、救赎之始节、基督成胎节）在基督教中是指天使加百列（嘉俾额尔天使）向圣母玛利亚告知她将受圣神降孕而诞下圣子耶稣。

圣经中记载这一事件发生于圣母玛利亚的亲戚依撒伯尔怀孕六个月之际。圣诞节以及其他节日，也以圣母领报节为根据，3月25日为圣子降孕节，如此推算九个月之后就是圣诞节。不过因为历法不同，东正教及其他东方教会中这一日子相当于公历的4月6日或7日。

由于3月25日接近春分（昼夜平分点），因而包括英国在内世界的许多地方将这一天当作新年，称为Lady Day。罗马天主教会与东方正教会都同意这一事件发生在纳匝肋，但对具体地点则有分歧。前者以纳匝肋的圣母领报堂所在位置为准，后者则以希腊东正教圣母领报堂为准。
