伯尔兹(罗马尼亚语：Bălţi [ˈbəltsʲ], 俄语：Бельцы, 乌克兰语：Бєльці)，又译伯尔齐，是摩尔多瓦按人口计算的第三大城市(仅次于首都基希涅夫及Tiraspol)，在经济重要性及面积方面，仅次于基希涅夫排第二位，它是摩尔多瓦五个具有都市地位的城市之一。伯尔兹被誉为摩尔多瓦北部的「首都」，是北部最主要的城市，亦是北部的工业、文化中心及交通枢纽。在沙俄时期，及往后的苏联时期，这城市曾被改名为俄式的Beltsy，但独立后改回今日的名字。城市位于首都基希涅夫以北127公里，在Răut畔。

Bălți (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈbəlt͡sʲ]; Polish:Bielce, Russian:Бельцы, Belʹtsy and Бэлць, Bėltsʹ, Ukrainian:Бєльці, Byelʹtsi, Yiddish:בעלץ‎ Belts) is a city in Moldova. It is the second largest in terms of area and economic importance after Chișinău, and the third largest in terms of population after Chișinău and Tiraspol. The city is one of the five Moldovan municipalities. Sometimes also called "the northern capital", it is a major industrial, cultural and commercial centre and transportation hub in the north of the country. It is situated 127 kilometres (79 mi) north of the capital Chișinău, and is located on the river Răut, a tributary of the Dniester, on a hilly landscape in the Bălți steppe.
