百白破疫苗是指百日咳、白喉、破伤风混合的疫苗（三合一疫苗）。它由百日咳疫苗、精制白喉和破伤风类毒素按比例配制而成，用于预防百日咳、白喉、破伤风三种疾病。按照三种疫苗的组合成分、比例不同，有几种不同的百白破混合疫苗，会用不同的英文简称表示。

DPT疫苗也称为DTP疫苗或DTwP疫苗，全名是白喉、破伤风及全细胞型百日咳三合一疫苗，包括白喉及破伤风的类毒素及不活化的百日咳博德特氏杆菌。

DTaP疫苗全名是非细胞型百日咳、白喉、破伤风三合一疫苗，其中已没有百日咳杆菌（其中的a表示没有细胞）。Tdap疫苗全名是减量破伤风白喉非细胞性百日咳混合疫苗，除了没有百日咳杆菌外，破伤风白喉类毒素也有减量。

DPT (also DTP and DTwP) refers to a class of combination vaccines against three infectious diseases in humans: diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough), and tetanus. The vaccine components include diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and killed whole cells of the organism that causes pertussis (wP).
