大宝令 又称为大宝律令（日文：たいほうりつりょう）日本古代的基本法典，701年（日本大宝元年）制定，包括律六卷，令十一卷，由藤原不比等纂，将日本至7世纪以来「近江令」、「天武令」等等制度与法规修正补订成完备的法典。奠定日本做为一个中央集权国家的法治基础，也是大化革新施行成功的重要注脚，直到757年（日本天平胜宝九年、天平宝字元年）养老律令颁行前，一直是国家基本法。现已不存。

所谓「律」，是关于刑罚的规定，相当于现在的刑法；「令」，是关于官制和其他行政上的规定，相当于现在的行政法、民法、诉讼法等等综合体。

The Taiho Code or Code of Taiho(大宝律令,Taihō-ritsuryō) was an administrative reorganization enacted in 703 in Japan, at the end of the Asuka period. It was historically one of the Ritsuryō-sei(律令制,ritsuryō-sei). It was compiled at the direction of Prince Osakabe, Fujiwara no Fuhito and Awata no Mahito. The work was begun at the request of Emperor Mommu and, like many other developments in the country at the time, it was largely an adaptation of the governmental system of China's Tang Dynasty.
