连动式债券（又称连动债，英文：Structured note），是一种结构型金融商品（Structured product），由固定收益债券和约定的投机标两部分组成，结合固定收益商品与衍生性金融商品后，利用投资报酬率的观念去创造出高保本及高收益的报酬型态。

连动式债券可链接的标的多样化，而且可以预见的获利是相当令人所期待的，其中连动标的通常有利率、汇率、股价指数或各类的股票等标的，它的目的在于随着链接标的涨跌，而能获得较佳的报酬机会。当其连动目标为信贷偿付时会被称为信贷挂钩票据，而迷你债券和精明债券等亦属此类。

A structured note is an over the counter derivative with hybrid security features which combine payoffs from multiple ordinary securities, typically a stock or bond plus a derivative. When they are depend on credit payoff, they're called as credit-linked note.
