KC-135「同温层加油机」（KC-135 "Stratotanker"）是一款由波音替美国空军开发制造的空中加油机，以波音707作为开发基础，是美国空军第一款以喷射发动机为动力的空中加油机。KC-135是在1957年时开始服役，曾历经越战、冷战、波湾战争等诸多军事事件，服役经历超过半世纪。美国空军除了持续在进行KC-135的版本改良以延续其服役年限外，也在2011年时选定以波音767为基础所开发的KC-46「飞马式」（Pegasus）作为KC-135的后继机种。
