蓝屏死机（英语：Blue Screen of Death，蓝屏）指的是微软Windows操作系统在无法从一个系统错误中恢复过来时所显示的屏幕图像。Windows中有两个图像都被称为BSoD，其中一个要比另一个严重得多。

一个“真正的”死机画面只在Windows NT的系统内核无法修复错误时出现，此时用户所能做的唯一一件事就是重新启动操作系统，这将丢失所有未储存的工作，还有可能破坏文档系统的稳定性。BSoD的画面上所显示的信息会有调试码，例如STOP: 0x0000004e，以及其简短的错误消息，用户可以在微软的技术支持网站搜索此调试码出现时可能是什么原因。但有时错误码并不能让用户很快的找到导致蓝屏死机的原因，反而会误导用户，因此可能要以试误法（trial and error）才能找出原因。BSoD一般只在Windows遇到一个很严重的错误时才出现。该版本的BSoD出现在Windows NT以及基于Windows NT的后续版本，例如Windows 2000与Windows XP中。
