德国国家考试（德语：Staatsexamen），是德国政府针对专门职业科系的大学高年级学生所举办的毕业及职业证照考试。在德国，就读医学、药学、法学、食品科学、师范教育等科系的学生，在完成4-6年的大学课程，并完成一篇毕业论文后，得以参加第一次国家考试。获得通过后，必须实习18至24个月后，才能参考第二次国家考试。第二次考试通过后，始能独立工作或开业。

The Staatsexamen ("State examination" or "exam by State"; pl.: Staatsexamina) is a German government licensing examination that future physicians, teachers, pharmacists, food chemists, psychotherapists and jurists (i.e., lawyers, judges, public prosecutors, civil-law notaries) as well as Surveyors have to pass to be allowed to work in their profession. The examination is generally organized by government examination agencies which are under the authority of the responsible ministry. These agencies create examination commissions which consist of members of the examination agency, university professors and/or representatives from the professions. The Staatsexamen is legally equivalent to a Master's degree in the respective operating range.
