平方度是一个量度立体角的非国际单位制单位。这个单位是从对平面角的度量推广得到的。对应于切分圆为360份所得到的单位度，将一个球面切分为份，每一份即为一平方度。这个数值大约为41252.96。

推导方法如下：

圆形的周界：

此时一度对应的弧长为1。

球面积：

在同样的半径下，一平方度对应的表面积亦为1。

因此一个球面约为41252.96平方度。

另一个常用的对立体角的度量单位是球面度，它们之间的换算关系为一平方度等于(π/180)球面度。
