南太平洋铁路（Southern Pacific Railroad）是美国曾存在的铁路路线之一，于1865年以地产控股公司的名义成立，是中太平洋铁路的一部份。铁路沿线总长度在多年间也曾出现重大变化，1929年的总长度为13,848英里，至1994年已缩减至8,991英里。铁路营运者为「南太平洋公司」（Southern Pacific Company），在并购多间小型铁路公司后，至1900年已晋身为一间大型铁路公司。1959年，南太平洋铁路公司收购了中太平洋公司。

1988年8月9日，美国ICC批准营运丹佛，格兰德河和西部铁路的母公司「格兰德河工业」收购南太平洋铁路，同年10月13日接管铁路。由于财政问题，南太平洋铁路于1996年由联合太平洋铁路所收购。

The Southern Pacific Transportation Company (reporting markSP), earlier Southern Pacific Railroad and Southern Pacific Company, and usually called the Southern Pacific or (from the railroad's initials) Espee, was an American Class I railroad. It was absorbed in 1988 by the company that controlled the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad and eight years later became part of the Union Pacific Railroad.
