盗版（又称「翻版」）指在未经版权所有人同意的情况下，对其作品、出版物进行复制、再分发的行为，以及以此行为制成的侵权产品，日语称为「海贼版」（海贼版）。在很多国家和地区，这种行为被定义为侵犯知识产权的违法行为，甚至犯罪行为，会受到所在国的处罚。盗版出版物通常包括盗版书籍、盗版软件和盗版音像作品。

盗版出版物由于逃避了所在国应缴的版税，通常也不需要进行产品的研发，所以价格往往比合法的出版物要便宜，故而往往受版权意识不强的人所欢迎。表面上看，

盗版软件通常是在原版的基础上进行破解，改变原来的功能，再进行拷贝、发布，完全无视版权，因此可以用极低（甚至没有）的成本来创造利益。
