人造奶油（Margarine，音译作麦淇淋、玛琪琳、马芝莲）为一种氢化植物油仿制涂料用于涂酱、烘焙和烹调。1869年由化学家伊波利特米格·穆列斯于法国发明，以应对拿破仑三世的挑战：为武装部队和下层民众制造黄油替代品。

Margarine (/ˈmɑːrdʒᵊrᵻn/ or /-ɡər-, ˈmɑːrdʒəriːn, -ˈriːn/) is an imitation butter spread used for spreading, baking, and cooking. Hippolyte Mège-Mouriès created it in France, in 1869. He was responding to a challenge by Emperor Napoleon III to create a butter substitute for the armed forces and lower classes. It was later named margarine.
