索贝克（Σοῦχος），亦称苏贝克。古埃及神祇，鳄鱼之神，担任法老之守卫者（Guarder）。

公元前五世纪之时，希腊历史学家希罗多德曾描述索贝克受崇拜的情形：「在埃及某些地方，鳄鱼是一种神兽。鳄鱼崇拜的中心是法扬（Fayum）。在这些地方，他们在池塘中养一只鳄鱼，养到驯服。然后为牠穿戴首饰。神鳄吃的当然特别好，而且按照神律照顾。神鳄死后，制成木乃伊，并且葬在神棺中。」

Sobek (also called Sebek, Sochet, Sobk, and Sobki), in Greek, Suchos (Σοῦχος) and from Latin Suchus, was an ancient Egyptian deity with a complex and (literally) fluid nature. He is associated with the Nile crocodile and is either represented in its form or as a human with a crocodile head. Sobek was also associated with pharaonic power, fertility, and military prowess, but served additionally as a protective deity with apotropaic qualities, invoked particularly for protection against the dangers presented by the Nile river.
