埃塔（巴斯克语：Euskadi ta Askatasuna，缩写为ETA，西班牙语：País Vasco y Libertad），直译为巴斯克祖国和自由，为西班牙巴斯克人居住区内之武装分离主义恐怖组织。该组织成立于1958年，原为弗朗哥独裁统治时代西班牙北部巴斯克地区的一个地下反抗组织。弗朗哥政权垮台后，“埃塔”逐渐发展为从事民族独立活动的准军事反政府组织，并以支持马克思列宁主义的观点为主。在其象征上有两个明显符号，分别为代表政治的蛇，并缠着一代表武装斗争的斧头。

自1968年以来，埃塔已经造成造成超过800人丧生、数千人受伤。尽管“埃塔”暗杀目标为政府要员，但是受到伤害的大多数仍为普通公民。该组织已被西班牙政府、法国当局、欧洲联盟全体和美国列为禁止的恐怖组织，有约700多名的该组织成员，被关押在西班牙、法国和其他国家的监狱中。2010年9月5日，埃塔宣布停火。2011年10月20日，“埃塔”以书面和录像方式作出“明确、坚定且永久性放弃武装对抗的承诺”。

ETA (Basque: [eta], Spanish: [ˈeta]), an acronym for Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (Basque pronunciation: [eus̺kaði ta as̺katas̺una]; "Basque Country and Freedom") is an armed Basque nationalist and separatist organization in northern Spain and southwestern France. The group was founded in 1959 and later evolved from a group promoting traditional Basque culture to a paramilitary group engaged in a violent campaign of bombing, assassinations and kidnappings in the Spanish Basque country and throughout Spanish territory. Its goal was gaining independence for the Greater Basque Country. ETA is the main group within the Basque National Liberation Movement and is the most important participant in the Basque conflict.
