吉姆·罗斯（英语：Jim Ross，1952年1月3日－），本名詹姆斯·威廉·罗斯（英语：James William Ross），是美国的职业摔角选手、裁判、播报员，以及餐厅老板。而他也是世界摔角娱乐的前公司主管、人才关系顾问以及播报员。

吉姆·罗斯于2007年入选成为世界摔角娱乐名人堂成员。吉姆·罗斯被粉丝尊称为醇郁J.R.，也被公认是世界摔角娱乐的声音。而在职业摔角以外，吉姆·罗斯创立了他的自创品牌，旗下事业包括烧烤酱汁及食谱。

James William "Jim" Ross (born January 3, 1952) is an American professional wrestling commentator, referee, restaurateur, occasional wrestler, and former company executive of WWE, where he worked as a commentator and as a talent relations consultant. He currently works for Fox Sports, where he writes commentary on professional wrestling for Foxsports.com and occasionally does play-by-play for boxing and mixed martial arts. He is the lead announcer for New Japan Pro Wrestling on AXS TV.
