西乃抄本（希伯来语：קודקס סינאיטיקוס‎，希腊语：Σιναϊτικός Κώδικας，英语：Codex Sinaiticus），又译为西乃山抄本或西奈抄本，一系列以通用希腊语写作的《圣经》抄本。19世纪在圣凯瑟琳修道院发现，并于20世纪发现更多的抄本。于4世纪以安色尔字体写成，是现在年代最早的《新约圣经》抄本，在新约研究中有重要的地位。大部份抄本，现存放在大英博物馆中。

它包含《新约圣经》及《旧约圣经》。希腊文的《旧约圣经》（即七十士译本）差不多完整无缺，连同完整的《新约圣经》、《巴拿巴书》及部份《黑马牧人书》。

Codex Sinaiticus (Greek:Σιναϊτικός Κώδικας, Hebrew:קודקס סינאיטיקוס‎; Shelfmarks and references: London, Brit. Libr., Additional Manuscripts 43725; Gregory-Aland nº א [Aleph] or 01, [Soden δ 2]) or "Sinai Bible" is one of the four great uncial codices, an ancient, handwritten copy of the Greek Bible. The codex is a celebrated historical treasure.
