虾多士是以虾为馅料的炸多士，是香港化的英式下午茶常见食品，用作代替三明治。于日本、越南、泰国、美国等地亦可见到，但制法略有不同。
部份酒家以锅贴明虾为名。

虾用生粉略腌，冲洗干净，吸干水份，用刀拍成虾胶，加入免治猪肉及调味料，拌至起胶。去皮方包涂上适量馅料，沾上蛋白及白芝麻压实成虾多士。将虾多士放入大热油内炸至微金黄酥脆及熟即捞起，吸干油份，排放上碟即成。
