海蚀平台，又称浪蚀台，或称波蚀棚(英语：Wave-cut bench)，是海边悬崖下或是大湖岸边的一个狭扁的平台。

平台形成的时间长久，过程可参见右侧图标，一开始海崖受到海浪冲刷，在海面高低潮线的位置向岩壁侵蚀（海蚀），形成凹洞。之后，凹洞会渐渐形成较深的洞穴，在海水的持续冲刷下，洞穴无法承受上方海崖的重量而崩落，崩落后的石块也因海水冲刷碎成小石块，被海水带走，最后才形成平台。

海蚀平台一般向海倾斜，其宽度与波浪作用的强度有关，波浪作用强的地方海蚀平台宽度大，其表面并不平坦，有时有海蚀留下的海蚀柱、礁石、浪蚀沟等。

A wave-cut platform, coastal benches, or wave-cut benches is the narrow platform area often found at the base of a sea cliff or along the shoreline of a lake, bay, or sea that was created by the erosion of waves. Wave-cut platforms are often most obvious at low tide when they become visible as huge areas of flat rock. Sometimes the landward side of the platform is covered by sand, forming the beach, and then the platform can only be identified at low tides or when storms move the sand.
