桶装炸弹

桶装炸弹（Barrel bomb），或译「桶炸弹」、「油桶炸弹」。是指一种简易形式的无诱导炸弹，或称飞行式IED（简易爆炸设备），属于土制炸弹的一种。这种炸弹通常装在大型的油桶或桶状的金属容器，内有高爆炸药、榴霰弹、油或化学武器，使用飞机或直升机投掷落下后爆炸。由于这种炸弹使用了大量炸药，但精度相当差，且又被滥用于包括难民营在内的人口群居处，其所产生的爆炸是毁灭性的。批评者认为此种炸弹的特性等同恐怖武器，且根据国际公约，使用这种炸弹是违法的。

目前已知最早使用桶装炸弹的历史是始于以色列军队，第二个已知使用桶装炸弹是美军在越南在60年代末期。 20世纪90年代开始，他们也被用于在斯里兰卡，克罗地亚和苏丹。1991年的克罗地亚，他们将炸弹安置于安-2农用飞机，用以对付在武科瓦尔周围的塞尔维亚人阵地；而90年代期间，苏丹共和国也使用过这种炸弹，当时被装载于货舱运输机中再抛出；最常使用的此种炸弹的是叙利亚内战中的叙利亚空军，另外在安巴尔冲突中的伊拉克军队也有使用。军事专家们认为，由于这种炸弹价格低廉，容易大量制造，在内有叛乱武装分子的国家，桶装炸弹仍会被继续被具有空中优势的政府军使用于战争中。
