塞萨（西班牙语：Sesa），是西班牙阿拉贡自治区韦斯卡省的一个市镇。总面积31平方公里，总人口258人（2001年），人口密度8人/平方公里。

Sesa is a municipality located in the Hoya de Huesca comarca, province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2010 census the municipality has a population of 225 inhabitants. Its postal code is 22110.

There is an ancient Iberian archaeological site at a place known as "El Portillo", located within Sesa's municipal term. In the Middle Ages there was an important castle in Sesa.
