约瑟夫·李斯特，第一代李斯特男爵，OM，FRS（Joseph Lister, 1st Baron Lister，1827年4月5日－1912年2月10日），英国外科医生，外科手术消毒技术的发明者和推广者。

他生于厄普敦，父亲约翰·杰克森·利斯特（en:Joseph Jackson Lister）是成功的商人，研制过消色差透镜，并因对红血球的研究而当选为英国皇家学会院士。

他在托特纳姆接受基础教育，并于1844年进入伦敦大学学习，1853年毕业后去爱丁堡大学继续研究。1856年4月23日，他与其导师Syme之女Agnes Syme结婚。婚后他在爱丁堡大学担任讲师，并兼任外科医师。1860年-1869年在格拉斯哥大学担任外科教授。后来又成为爱丁堡大学及伦敦国王学院医学教授 .

Joseph Lister, 1st Baron Lister, OMPCPRS (5 April 1827 –10 February 1912), known between 1883 and 1897 as Sir Joseph Lister, Bt., was a British surgeon and a pioneer of antiseptic surgery. By applying Louis Pasteur's advances in microbiology, he promoted the idea of sterile portable ports while working at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Lister successfully introduced carbolic acid (now known as phenol) to sterilise surgical instruments and to clean wounds, which led to a reduction in post-operative infections and made surgery safer for patients, distinguishing himself as the "father of modern surgery".
