美洲杉国家公园（Sequoia National Park，或译巨杉国家公园、红杉国家公园），是位于美国西部，加利福尼亚州内华达山脉内的一座国家公园。美洲杉国家公园成立于1890年，是继黄石国家公园和已经关闭的麦基诺国家公园之后，美国创立的第三个国家公园。面积1,653平方公里。每年参观人数在80万－100万人之间。美国本土的最高山峰惠特尼峰位于美洲杉国家公园内。美洲杉国家公园因公园内的珍稀树种巨杉而闻名，其中雪曼将军树更是现时全世界体积最大的树木。

美洲杉国家公园位于国王峡谷国家公园以南，与其相邻，两座国家公园由美国国家公园管理局统一管理。

Sequoia National Park is a national park in the southern Sierra Nevada east of Visalia, California, in the United States. It was established on September 25, 1890. The park spans 404,064 acres (631.35 sq mi; 163,518.90 ha; 1,635.19 km). Encompassing a vertical relief of nearly 13,000 feet (4,000 m), the park contains among its natural resources the highest point in the contiguous 48 United States, Mount Whitney, at 14,494 feet (4,418 m) above sea level. The park is south of and contiguous with Kings Canyon National Park; the two are administered by the National Park Service together as the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.
