半潜船（Semi-submersible或Semisubmerged ship）是一种特殊的船舶设计方式，与一般的水面船只不同，半潜船通常拥有较深的吃水，但又不似潜水艇般完全隐没于水中，而是有部分船体或结构外露在水面外。由于隐没在水中的体积比例高，因此半潜船比较不容易受到海面上的波浪影响，能够保持较佳的稳定性而适合当作水上的工作平台使用。

最早的半潜船是开发用于海上钻油平台的用途上，但也存在包括半潜式起重船（Semi-submersible crane vessels, SSCV）、海上支持船（Offshore support vessels, OSV）、海上生产平台等用途。有许多半潜船是以系留的方式固定在特定位置上，本身并不具有动力，因此需要靠重载船（Heavy-lift ship，也是一种经常采半潜式设计的船只）等特殊船只运送至设置地点；但是也存在像是海基X波段雷达这般本身具有慢速行驶能力的半潜平台设计，能够靠自身的动力在海上移动。
