大肠钡剂灌肠造影（Barium Enema），简称钡剂造影，是将硫酸钡乳液灌入患者的肛门，让患者的结肠、直肠和大肠在X射线下成像。硫酸钡在人体内不溶，可以附着在消化道管壁上，阻挡X射线穿过，因此可以显示消化道的形态。有些患者需要服用硫酸钡乳液（称为「钡餐」）以显示食道形状。

一般来说，钡剂造影只会用于大肠、小肠等一般插入式仪器较难到达的位置。为确保肠内食物残渣不会影响造影，医生一般会建议病人在造影前服用清肠药物，例如：Klean-Prep。在进行造影前，病人还要再接受灌肠清洗进程。
