锡卜（阿拉伯语：السيب‎；英语：As Sib或Seeb），阿曼东北部马斯喀特地区沿海一城市。当地有阿曼最主要的民用机场锡卜国际机场和海湾地区重要的空军基地锡卜空军基地。美国空军目前在锡卜空军基地驻扎有第320空中远征联队。

Al-Seeb, As Seeb or As Sib (Arabic:السيب‎) is a coastal fishing city, located several kilometres northwest of Muscat, in northeastern Oman. As of the 2003 census, it had a population of 221,115.

Landmarks include the Naseem Garden, The Amouage Perfumery, the Royal Stables and Equestrian Centre, Royal Guard of Oman Technical College, the Bait al Baraka palace, Seeb International Airport and Markaz al Bahja.
