美国海军部长（英语：United States Secretary of the Navy），是美国海军部的文职首长。

该职位在1947年之前是美国总统内阁成员，之后因海军、陆军和空军被美国国防部替代，因此海军部长成为国防部长下的一个职务。美国海军部部长根据****法（National Security Act）必须为美国公民，退离现役军职至少5年以上同时由美国总统提名参议院多数票选举追认。美国海军部部长自其设立的1789年直到1949年一直是美国总统内阁的成员之一， 根据1947年美国****法修正案，海军部与陆军部空军部合并为国防部，同时海军部长成为国防部长的隶属职位之一。海军部长没有特定的任期，其任免解职由总统和国防部长决定。
