锡谢尔特（英语：Sechelt）是加拿大卑诗省西南部格鲁吉亚海峡沿岸一个区域自治体（district municipality），为阳光海岸地区行政中心所在，离温哥华西北约50公里。据2011年加拿大人口普查所示，锡谢尔特区内人口为9291人。

锡谢尔特坐落锡谢尔特内湾和格鲁吉亚海峡之间的地峡，其名称在当地原住民语言中解作「两个水域之间的土地」。欧洲裔传教士于1860年代踏足此地，却令天花在此地传播，导致当地近90%原住民人口死亡。锡谢尔特邮局于1896年设立，而白人人口则从1920年代起录得较显著的升幅。联盟蒸汽船公司（Union Steamship Company）从1890年代起通行至此，并于1925年购入当地一名商人所持有的一系列物业（包括酒店、商铺、码头、伐木营地和锯木厂等）。锡谢尔特于1956年首度建制为村，到1986年则更改建制为区域自治体，其管辖范围亦扩大至包括邻近的非建制地区。

The District Municipality of Sechelt /ˈsiːʃɛlt/ is located on the lower Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. Approximately 50 km northwest of Vancouver, Sechelt is accessible to the mainland of British Columbia via a 40-minute ferry trip between Horseshoe Bay and Langdale, and a 25-minute drive from Langdale along Highway 101, also known as the Sunshine Coast Highway. The municipality takes its name from the Coast Salish Shishalh people, who first settled the area thousands of years ago, and means "land between two waters".
