滑浪风帆（Windsurfing），又称风浪板或帆板，是一种使用滑浪帆板进行的水上运动，通常采用2至5米长的帆板，由单一块帆推动。帆的大小一般由3至12平方米不等，由一支桅杆与横杆所支撑。运动员透过改变帆的倾斜度令帆板转向：将帆向帆尾一方倾斜会将帆板转向风的方向，而将帆向桅杆一方倾斜则会将帆板转离风。滑浪风帆的帆一般以聚酯纤维（Polyester）为材料的薄膜制成，亦有以布制成的。

滑浪风帆集合了帆船及滑水两项运动的特点，还有其他运动，如滑板、雪板等的部份特点。

在夏季奥林匹克运动会、亚洲运动会及中国全国运动会等大型运动会中，滑浪风帆属正式比赛项目。

Windsurfing is a surface water sport that combines elements of surfing and sailing. It consists of a board usually 2.5 to 3 meters long, with displacements typically between 60 to 250 litres, powered by wind on a sail. The rig is connected to the board by a free-rotating universal joint and consists of a mast, 2-sided boom and sail. The sail area generally ranges from 2.5 m to 12 m depending on the conditions, the skill of the sailor, the type of windsurfing being undertaken and the weight of the person wind surfing.
