鲁道夫·史代纳（Rudolf Steiner，1861年2月27日－1925年3月30日），著名奥地利哲学家、改革家、建筑师和教育家，华德福教育的始创人。

鲁道夫·史代纳出生于奥匈帝国克拉列维察(Donji Kraljevec的一个普通家庭，父亲约翰·史代纳(Johann Steiner,1829–1910)是铁路公务员；母亲名叫法兰契丝卡·玻利尔(Franziska Steiner,1834–1918)。妹妹李欧波蒂妮(Leopoldine,1864–1927)是裁缝，与父母共住直到终老；弟弟古斯塔夫(Gustav,1866–1941)甫出世便丧失听觉。由于父亲工作之故，全家须经常在下奥地利邦境内搬家。

Rudolf Joseph Lorenz Steiner (27 (or 25) February 1861 – 30 March 1925) was an Austrian philosopher, author, social reformer, architect and esotericist. Steiner gained initial recognition at the end of the nineteenth century as a literary critic and published philosophical works including The Philosophy of Freedom. At the beginning of the twentieth century, he founded an esoteric spiritual movement, anthroposophy, with roots in German idealist philosophy and theosophy; other influences include Goethean science and Rosicrucianism.
