涟波（ripple）为电子学名词，最常见的定义是指在直流电源上，不希望出现的交流电压变动量，一般是因为直流电压是利用交流电压转换后产生，其中输出电压中的交流成份无法完全消除所造成。

上述的涟波为时域的现象，在一些信号滤波或是信号处理的领域中，也有频域下的涟波（多半会称为波纹，英文也是ripple）。频域的波纹是指随着频率的增加，其插入损失周期性变化的情形。此变化不一定绝对是线性周期性的，在此用法时，波纹也是指不希望出现的效果，其存在是因为在综合考量波纹大小和其他设计参数下，取舍后的结果。
