洛克菲勒大学（英语：Rockefeller University）是一所私立大学，主要专注于生物医学领域的研究，位于纽约曼哈顿，前身为洛克菲勒医学研究所（Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research），于1901年由石油巨人约翰·D·洛克菲勒创立，1965年改为现名。

许多生物医学领域的重大突破皆是在该校诞生。如确认DNA为遗传现象的基础，发现血型，发现病毒导致癌症的情况，并开发了现代细胞生物学。迄今有24位诺贝尔奖得主的研究与该校有密切关系。
