巴拉什（Balash），波斯萨珊王朝的君主之一，统治期间约为484年—488年，他于任内平息境内亲族叛乱，在政治方面颇清明宽容，尤其是对基督徒的容忍。不过也因此于488年遭其王族罢黜。

Balash (Persian: بلاش یکم‎‎), (in the Greek authors, Balas; the later form of the name Vologases), was the nineteenth king of the Sasanian Empire from 484 to 488. He was the brother and successor of Peroz I (457–484), who had died in a battle against the Hephthalites who invaded Iran from the east.
