威廉·巴芬（？－1622年1月23日）是16世纪的英国航海家。在伦敦出生。生前曾寻找“西北航道”。命名北美洲北部的一个岛为巴芬岛，巴芬岛与格陵兰岛之间的海湾为巴芬湾，并且是世界第一个围绕巴芬岛航行一周的航海家。据说航海时通过观测月球确定经纬度的方法由威廉·巴芬首创。

William Baffin (c.1584 – 23 January 1622) was an English navigator and explorer. He is primarily known for his attempt to discover a Northwest Passage from the Atlantic to the Pacific, during the course of which he discovered Baffin Bay in what is now Canada. He was also responsible for exceptional surveys of the Red Sea and Persian Gulf on behalf of the East India Company.
