The Australian Institute of Architects is a professional body for architects in Australia. Until August 2008, the Institute traded as the "Royal Australian Institute of Architects", which remains its official name.
The Australian Institute of Architects is the peak body for the Australian architectural profession, representing 12,000 members, and works to improve our built environment by promoting quality, responsible, sustainable design.
