放射性同位素热电机（Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator，缩写RTG、RITEG）是一种利用放射性衰变获得能量的发电机。 此设备利用热电偶数组（应用了西贝克效应）接收了一些合适的放射性物质在衰变时所放出热量再将其转成电能。

此热电机也可被视为一种电池，而被当作一种能源装设在人造卫星、太空探测器与无人遥控设备上，如苏联创建在极地的灯塔一样，在一些无人或没有人能维护到的地方，要供应少于百瓦的电力且需要的时间是燃料电池、电池组、发电机供应不来而太阳能电池在此地方又不能起作用时，放射性同位素热电机就是理想的能源。
