拉布岛（克罗地亚语：Rab、意大利语:Arbe、德语: Arbey）是克罗地亚的一个岛屿。位于亚德里亚海北部。面积93.6平方公里。岛上人口人口9,480人（2001年）。拉布岛与克罗地亚本土和克尔克岛之间有渡轮往来。

Rab (Latin:Arba, Italian:Arbe, German:Arbey) is an island in Croatia and a town of the same name located just off the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea.

The island is 22 km (14 mi) long, has an area of 93.6 km (36 sq mi) and 9,328 inhabitants (2011). The highest peak is Kamenjak at 408 m. The northeastern side of the island is mostly barren, karst, while the southwestern side is covered by one of the last oak forests of the Mediterranean.
