量子信息（英语：quantum information）是关于量子系统「状态」所带有的物理信息。其中量子信息最常见的单位是为量子比特（qubit）——也就是一个只有两个状态的量子系统。然而不同于古典数字状态（其为离散），一个二状态量子系统实际上可以在任何时间为两个状态的叠加态，这两状态也可以是本征态。
