格拉克斯·贝巴夫（Gracchus Babeuf，1760年11月23日－1797年5月27日），法国大革命时期的政治活动者和记者。

贝巴夫出身新教徒家庭。贝巴夫原本在法院中做簿记员，适逢法国大革命，在法庭中看到许多劳工阶级的人民缴不出欠款，愤而烧毁帐册，改而从事新闻活动，开始他对社会体制之抗争─宣扬政治和经济的平等。

他引用卢梭的话『人胆敢截取比自己所需还多的东西，而别人却饿得快死，这真是可恶至极』（1758）、马布利（Abbé Gabriel de Mably）的『我们的罪恶中，最大者莫过于财富之不均等』、狄德罗对个人利益及财产观念的批评、还有耶稣基督的平等观念来支持他财货为共同持有的主张。由于其激进的思想使他被法国当局多次逮捕，最终遭到了处决。

François-Noël Babeuf (French: [babœf]; 23 November 1760 – 27 May 1797), known as Gracchus Babeuf, was a French political agitator and journalist of the French Revolutionary period. His newspaper Le tribun du peuple ("the tribune of the people") was best known for his advocacy for the poor and calling for a popular revolt against the Directory, the government of France. He was a leading advocate for democracy, the abolition of private property and the equality of results. He angered the authorities who were clamping down hard on their radical enemies. In spite of the efforts of his Jacobin friends to save him, Babeuf was executed for his role in the Conspiracy of the Equals.
