沙梨（Pyrus pyrifolia）也称水梨、苹果梨、黄金梨、亚洲梨、韩国梨、日本梨等，属蔷薇科植物。吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州龙井市是中国的“苹果梨之乡”。

落叶乔木。叶子为卵形或长椭圆形，先端长而尖，叶缘有刺芒状的锯齿；白色花6－9朵，伞形总状花序，4－5个花柱，光滑而无毛；圆锥形或扁圆形，褐色、黄色或绿色的果实，萼片常脱落。

Pyrus pyrifolia is a species of pear tree native to East Asia.

The tree's edible fruit is known by many names, including: Asian pear, Chinese pear, Korean pear, Japanese pear, ******ese pear, and sand pear. Along with cultivars of P. × bretschneideri and P. ussuriensis, the fruit is also called the nashi pear. Cultivars derived from Pyrus pyrifolia are grown throughout East Asia, and in other countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and the United States (e.g., California). Traditionally in East Asia the tree's flowers are a popular symbol of early spring, and it is a common sight in gardens and the countryside.
