糠醛（呋喃甲醛，英文：furfural）是一种工业用化学制品，可由各种农副产品中萃取，包括玉米穗轴、燕麦与小麦的麦麸和锯木屑。furfural这个字取自于拉丁字的furfur，意思是麦麸，因为这是糠醛取得的来源。
糠醛是一种芳香族的醛，其环状结构如右图所示。其化学式为 C5H4O2。纯糠醛是有杏仁味的无色的油状液体，暴露于空气中会快速变成黄色。

Furfural /ˈfɜːrfjᵿræl/ is an organic compound derived from a variety of agricultural byproducts, including corncobs, oat, wheat bran, and sawdust. The name furfural comes from the Latin word furfur, meaning bran, referring to its usual source. Furfural is a heterocyclic aldehyde, with the ring structure shown at right. Its chemical formula is OC4H3CHO. It is a colorless oily liquid with the odor of almonds, which quickly darkens when exposed to air. |
