米香，又称米通、大米香、大米花、米芳（闽南语：bí-phang），是中国东北及华北水稻种植区、中国南方大部分地区、香港、澳门、**、日本、印度以及许多世界其他地区常见之零嘴及小吃，类似玉米花，常混合糖浆冷却后制成饼状。

米香可搭配其它食品一起制作，例如：花生、芝麻、鱼干、南瓜子、海苔、葡萄干……等食材混入，完成后，再淋上热糖浆即可。米香的形状视模具而定，由于板状米香易于切成长条状，通常会用滚刀或菜刀切成小方块，利于装取食用，若是圆形米香，则视外形大小做为何用途：大可当礼饼赠予，小可做甜点、零食食用。
