前列腺素E₁（Prostaglandin E₁；PGE1），亦称前列地尔（Alprostadil） 是一种前列腺素，常用于治愈勃起障碍、 进行血管舒张等。

前列地尔在美国主要被当做尿道栓剂和血管注射剂。栓剂的商标名是MUSE， 血管注射剂则是Edex 和Caverject。 前者直接作用于尿道以治疗阴茎疾病，后者用途相同，但是方法是通过注射器注射到阴茎海绵体中而发生作用。

前列地尔可用于治疗新生儿动脉导管未闭。有时严重肢体缺血也会用到前列地尔，通过舒张血管而达到刺激血管再生。

Misoprostol is another synthetic prostaglandin E₁ analog used to prevent gastric ulcers when taken on a continuous basis, to treat missed miscarriage, to induce labor, and to induce abortion.
