雅芳（英语：AVON，NYSE：AVP）是一家美容产品、家居用品和个人护理产品的国际制造商和销售商，在世界上超过140个国家透过代表销售产品。截至2010年，雅芳的全球年销售额达108亿美元，88%的收入来自美国以外。雅芳是全球第五大的美容公司，为世界上第二大的直销公司，拥有640万位代表，为多层次直销公司。

1886年大卫麦康奈尔在纽约创立了「加州香水公司」为雅芳公司的前身，后以雅芳小姐制度的直销开展，至今是全球500大企业之一，在全球超过100个国家和地区均有业务开展。1990年以传销形式进入中国市场，1998年，中华人民共和国政府颁布《禁止传销条例》，传销自那时起属违法行为，雅芳开始重新布局中国市场，转为“专卖店+直销”的经营模式。2006年取得合法的直销牌照。

The company's CEO is Sherilyn S. McCoy, who was appointed to that position in April 2012. The former CEO, Andrea Jung, became the executive chairman of the board. Recently, Avon has struggled with the global sales falling for 5 straight years and North American revenues falling 18% in 2014.
