笨珍（马来语：Pontian）位于马来西亚半岛的最南部，亚洲大陆的最南端，柔佛州的西海岸，西滨马六甲海峡，东南临柔佛海峡与新加坡海峡西口，是一个以海产闻名各地的鱼米之乡。它的名字是来自马来文的“停泊”（perhentian）。地势低平，为马来西亚最大的黄梨产区。县城小笨珍位于西海岸中段。县境南端皮艾角为亚洲大陆部分的最南点，附近龟咯为渔场。

笨珍是柔佛州10个县之一，其他9个县分别为新山、麻坡、昔加末、峇株巴辖、居銮、丰盛港及哥打丁宜，以及添加的两个县属于2008年由新山割让出来的古来再也和麻坡割让出来的礼让.

The Pontian District is a district in southwest Johor, Malaysia. The name Pontian is also used in the names of two towns in the district, Pontian Besar and Pontian Kechil, of which the latter serves as its district capital. The capital was formerly a fishing village which has developed into a small town.
