多毛纲（学名：Polychaeta），是环节动物门下的一个纲。

这一纲的动物的身体一般呈圆柱状，或背部略扁，身体分为口前叶、一般体节部分和尾节。其中体节上有成对的刚毛，神经节和后肾管。疣足（Parapodium）负责前进，甚至带有鳃组织。有组多毛纲动物还拥有发达的感官；封闭式的血管系统。发育过程历经螺旋卵裂和担轮幼体（Trochophora）阶段。繁殖能力强，通常为无性生殖，如裂殖生殖（Schizogamy）。

这一类动物雌雄异体，虽然也有浮游的，但是大多生活在海底中，即所谓的底栖。一些品种在海底表面生活，可以自由运动。另一些则在沉积物中掘地洞。还有一些多毛纲动物行寄生 生活。它们以微生物为食。目前有记录的约有10000种左右，体型从300µM到3M长。是环节动物最大的一个纲。

The Polychaeta or polychaetes are a paraphyletic class of annelid worms, generally marine. Each body segment has a pair of fleshy protrusions called parapodia that bear many bristles, called chaetae, which are made of chitin. Indeed, polychaetes are sometimes referred to as bristle worms.
