黑角（法语：Pointe-Noire）是刚果共和国第二大城市，经济中心，重要出海口。2004年前是奎卢省（原大区）省会，之后成为自治省。位于刚果共和国西南角，西临大西洋，南邻安哥拉卡宾达省，人口715，334（2007年普查数据）。城市坐落在黑角湾和大西洋之间的一个海角上。当地黑人又称之为Ponton（美人）或Ndindji（建城之前位于此地的小村庄名）。

Pointe-Noire is the second largest city in the Republic of the Congo, following the capital of Brazzaville, and an autonomous department since 2004. Before this date it was the capital of the Kouilou region (now a separate department). It is situated on a headland between Pointe-Noire Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Pointe-Noire is the main commercial centre of the country and has a population of 715,334 (2007), expanding to well over 1 million when the entire metropolitan area is taken into account.
