复数意见书（英语：Plurality opinion），又译为多数意见书，法律术语，源自英美习惯法，是法律意见书的一种，常见于上诉法庭（Appellate court）中。复数意见书出现于法庭内无法取得过半数共识，形成主要意见书时，不同意见的法官，将会分别将其法律见解，撰写成协同意见书，而得到相对多数支持的协同意见书，即是复数意见书。

A plurality opinion is the opinion from a group of judges, often in an appellate court, in which no single opinion received the support of a majority of the court. The plurality opinion did not receive the support of more than half the justices, but received more support than any other opinion.
