普卢艾（法语：Plouay）是法国莫尔比昂省的一个市镇，属于洛里安区（Lorient）普卢艾县（Plouay）。该市镇总面积67.33平方公里，2009年时的人口为5274人。

Plouay (Breton:Ploue) is a commune in the Morbihan department in Brittany in north-western France.
Plouay hosts the GP Ouest-France and the GP de Plouay, an annual cycling race (a men's and women's race, respectively). It was also the location of the UCI Road World Championships in 2000. The Tour de France has visited this town three times: in 1998, 2002 and in 2006.
