普罗提诺，又译柏罗丁（希腊语：Πλωτίνος ，英语：Plotinus ；204年－270年），新柏拉图学派最著名的哲学家，更被认为是新柏拉图主义之父。

普罗提诺出生于埃及，青年时在亚历山大港求学，并一直居住到39岁。他的老师是新柏拉图主义的创立人安莫尼乌斯·萨卡斯。 大部分关于普罗提诺的记载都来自他的学生波菲利（公元232－304年）所编纂的普罗提诺的《六部九章集》的序言中。

普罗提诺主张有神论，同时主张神秘主义。他不是基督徒，但他的哲学对当时基督教的教父哲学产生了极大影响。

Plotinus (/plɒˈtaɪnəs/; Greek: Πλωτῖνος; c. 204/5 – 270) was a major philosopher of the ancient world. In his philosophy there are three principles: the One, the Intellect, and the Soul. His teacher was Ammonius Saccas and he is of the Platonic tradition. Historians of the 19th century invented the term Neoplatonism and applied it to him and his philosophy which was influential in Late Antiquity. Much of the biographical information about Plotinus comes from Porphyry's preface to his edition of Plotinus' Enneads. His metaphysical writings have inspired centuries of Pagan, Christian, Jewish, Islamic and Gnostic metaphysicians and mystics.
